This formwork was used to manufacture a gallery in the O Cañizo tunnel (right track) belonging to the Lubián-Taboadela-Ourense section of the high-speed line to Galicia.

Its route is located in the province of Ourense. The aim of this railway line is to expand the communication routes of Galicia with the rest of the country. This tunnel had a distance of 6.9km and was developed in 2016.
