The Dublin building is an office building located in Campo de la Naciones (Madrid), next to the Juan Carlos I Park and very close to IFEMA. It was built in 1999 with a surface area of more than 17,500m2. In 2022, a refurbishment process began which included, among other improvements, a modernisation of the terraces, making them one of its main attractions.

The common terrace on the top floor (it also has other terraces, both public and private), has a usable surface area of 455m2, which is accessed via a designer staircase. It was the construction company Betazul who asked us to manufacture this made-to-measure staircase, whose requirements and assembly process can be seen in the following video.
